The Colligan Theater is a 182-seat performing arts venue located at the Tannery Arts Center in Santa Cruz, California.

Situated in a renovated historic building, it features a large stage, intimate seating with excellent sightlines, and serves as a hub for local theater, dance, and community events.

Located at 1010 River Street, the historic Salz Tannery Hide House operated from 1856 as the oldest leather tanning operation west of the Mississippi. In 2015 a re-envisioned Colligan Theatre breathed new life into the space.

Jewel Theater initially operated the building for the first 9 years. Theatre 831 has assumed the position of stewarding the building and fostering a diverse community of artists and educators.
